Richard Pena
Richard Pena received a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard University along with a Master’s degree in film from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Former film curator at the Film Center at the Art Institute of Chicago, he organized retrospectives of Abbas Kiarostami, Michelangelo, Youssef Chahine, Robert Aldrich, Sacha Guitry, Yasujiro Ozu, Wojciech Has, and Amitabh Bachchan. Pena has previously taught at the University of California Berkeley but today is a Professor of Professional Practice at the Schools of The Arts at Columbia University.
